Anton is a filmmaker, based in Berlin. Luis is an architect. In 2024 they bought a small two-floor house in Oggebbio, on the western shore of Lake Maggiore — two apartments of around thirty square metres each, in need of almost everything.

What they did not want was a holiday let. What they made is a place where the architecture speaks quietly: cream walls, terrazzo floors, a long balcony on the upper floor, a kitchen tiled in vintage terracotta. Every square metre is drawn by Luis. The furniture, much of it, was already there.

You do not book through a property manager. You book through us. We answer in German, English, or Italian — usually within a day. We pick you up from the station when it works. We tell you where the pasta is good.
